Nutrition, Food Allergens, and Special Diets

FIT recognizes that some students have food allergies, nutritional and lifestyle preferences, and religious needs that necessitate putting in more time and effort when it comes to managing their diet. We make every effort to provide helpful information and dining options to members of our campus community to manage their diet when eating on campus. FIT’s Dining Services is committed to working with students regarding their dietary needs.

We have developed a standardized procedure to make sure that options are available.

Steps:

  1. Complete the student portion of Dining Services Consultation Form.
  2. Schedule an appointment with General Manager of Dining Services
